Payment

  • Payment for Goods is accepted through major credit and/or debit cards .Your card will be charged directly after your order has been placed.
  • Cash on Delivery is also accepted along with the delivery charges(25aed)  with each purchase. 50 above is eligible for free delivery
  • In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our mobile application
  • The Company accepts no liability if a payment is refused or declined by the credit or debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If you make payment online ,Confirmation of your payment will be displayed on screen once it has been authorized and accepted. You will also receive confirmation of the transaction to the email address you have provided.
  • Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
  • The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your credit card on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
  • Payment for pickup option has to be online only to pick up from the required location

Suggestion/Complains

Cancellation

  • If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number 8006636 , from Sunday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm or write to us at marketing@falconpack.ae . You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
  • Cancellation upon delivery, Delivery charges has to be paid (25aed)

Replacement/ Exchange of item

  • In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
  • The items can be return within 15 days of the purchase
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
  • If product reaches you and you intended to exchange you have to pay for the delivery charge.(25aed)

Out of stock

  • While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible

Delivery

  • We always strive to process all orders as soon we can. Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1 to 7 working days once your order has been processed.
  • You can track your order with in the mobile application, we will update your order with the tracking information.
  • Delivery charges are applicable to every purchase. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the delivery cost.
  • Delivery is available to all UAE cities, however if your location is not listed kindly contact our customer service 8006636 , from Sunday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm or write to us at marketing@falconpack.ae
  • If you have selected self-pickup option from your desired location, then you have to collect it within 3 days, otherwise order will be send back to the main warehouse
